Terms and conditions

1.The winner will receive 2 x VIP Tickets to Keane on Sunday 5th May 2024 at the Co-Op Live Stadium in Manchester plus access to the Bentley Record Room. The winner must abide by the rules of the Bentley Record Room which are available on request.

2.The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over including UK based businesses, except employees of the Promotor, its parent company, subsidiary company or any other affiliates companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3.There is no limit on the number of collections/entries per business.

4.In order to enter, applicants must book an IT and/or mobile collection for the month of April 2024 via an ICT Reverse account manager or via econtact@ictreverse.com and the collection must take place by 24 April 2024. Entries which have collections after this time will not be counted.

5.A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 26th April 2024.

6.The winner will be notified by phone and email on 26/04/24 (using the details provided at entry). The winner will be given 24 hours to claim the prize by email.

7.If the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter or is unable to personally attend, ICT Reverse will re-draw the winner then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8.The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

9.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

10.No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Promotor shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.

11.The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above, in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any term or condition of

entry.

12.The Promotor must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promotor will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails econtact@ictreverse.com or writes to ICT Reverse Asset Management Limited, Suites 5a and 5b Office Building 11, 2 Mannin Way, Caton Road, Lancaster LA1 3SU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6 above. If you object to any or all of the your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available please contact the Promotor at econtact@ictreverse.com. In such circumstances, the Promotor must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13.Personal Data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy (ictreverse.com). See also condition 12 with regards to the announcement of winners.

14.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promotor reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15.The Promotor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

16.Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promotor, its agents or distributers will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
