New term, new technology

With the new academic term just around the corner, schools, colleges and universities across the country are busy getting their IT suites up to standard with the support from ICT Reverse.

There was a time when classrooms were dominated by blackboards, chalk and textbooks. But the rapid evolution of technology means there’s a need to advance how education is delivered to young people.

Schools now spend approximately £900m on education technology every year, and it is estimated the global market will be worth £129bn by 2020.

With increased demand, larger class sizes and the pressure to keep up with advances in new technology, ICT Reverse has experienced a 34% increase in requests for assistance with their IT refresh strategies since 2016.

Working with over 360 different educational establishments, we have provided various services over the summer holidays including:

  • Safe collections of redundant IT equipment
  • Secure data erasure
  • Repairs
  • Provision of refurbished IT equipment

Each customer receives a due diligence pack including all the necessary certification to demonstrate that they comply with the latest legislation in the event of an Environmental Audit.  This includes a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Certificate,  Asset Audit Report, Recovery Certificate, Blancco Report (if applicable) & Data Destruction Certificate (if applicable).

“If you work for an educational establishment and have any questions regarding our services or would just like to have a chat about your ICT equipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
