All staff members at ICT Reverse are directly employed by us, wear uniforms and carry photo I.D. All staff are employed following our Personnel Screening Policy including full DBS check. This complies with Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). In addition our onsite representatives have additional vetting to NPPV Level 3 and SC clearance with the Foreign and Commonwealth office.

No, please don’t worry about that. Our friendly drivers will collect the equipment from wherever it is stored.

Yes, please indicate to your Account Manager if you require a weekend or evening collection and we will arrange this accordingly.

Once your assets have been processed, you will receive a full Due Diligence Pack including all the necessary certification to demonstrate that you comply with the latest legislation in the event of an Environmental Audit.  This includes a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Certificate, Asset Audit Report, Recovery Certificate, Blancco Report (if applicable) & Data Destruction Certificate (if applicable).

  • Do they provide detailed asset reports for all equipment collected?

  • Are they certified members of an accredited governing body such as ADISA?

Yes, we do, we would need a list of the types and volumes of batteries to provide quotation and advise of how to prepare the batteries for transportation.

The process takes approximately 30 days from collection to completion.
